Yep... I've found the mistake... It was again one of that mysterious mistakes of Game maker. If someone wants explanation write me a message ;)

If you want to play it, then try typing "sunphaser as a level password. It's level 3. But i still can't see. Some people from the czech community have played it before and they got to level 4 without any bugs...

WTF? I can't see the mistake... It's not on my side. There's not the objectl drawing the panel with lives and remaining time like it's on screenshots... What's that? A bad joke?

Now you can download the corrected version on the following link: http://snowflake.ic.cz . Be sure that it was really a mysterious GameMaker mistake. In the first version before i've added background mp3s it was'nt bugged. After that I'm sure I've tested it at least twice and then i've made an exe file.
The new version is different only with swapped 2 lines of room create code in every level, nothing else.
