down arrow=move down
left arrow=move left
right arrow=move right.

Character change:
You start out as a bear.
To change, press 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or 0 or . or + or - or * or / (all on the numpad, the keyboard to the right of the arrow keys) You may need to switch to get to small spaces, I find that 5 and 7 work best.

Beware of ghosts, they teleport you to start.
Spaceships will try to make you as large as possible so that you are a bigger target.
Fire brings you to start, and your sprite changes to explode. It also kills ghosts, but spaceships fly right over it.
Blue ghost: The bosses minion, will just act like a normal ghost. When it collides with the boss, the boss dies.

There are 20 levels, and I will make run bear run II soon.
