An adaptation of the best-selling film "Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty" for the Sony Playstion 2.

Overview
When it came out in 2001, MGS2 was one of a kind. No other media in any form had ever had such high production values. Never before had characters had so much development. It was truly the greatest thing to ever happen.

The main downfall of MGS2 was, in my opinion, its exclusive release on the Playstation 2 hardware. Had it been released at the same time on DVD, VHS, or perhaps even in theaters, its audience would have been much greater.

I have been wanting to make this game ever since I saw MGS2 for the first time. I remember thinking, "What if I could be in this? What if I could control the characters myself?" Ever since then, I've been learning, planning, and eventually programming this game. It has been 4 long, hard years of work, but I feel that the final product is well worth it. Please enjoy the game and send me any comments you have!

Controls

To advance to the next screen of dialogue, press the space bar. If you want to speed up the dialogue, hold the space bar. If you really, really want to speed up the dialogue, hold down the space bar, the digits 1-4, shift, and enter. This will speed the game up to no end!

The only other thing that needs to really be explained are the shooting controls. When you enter first person mode, you will see a red laser going from your gun to your target. This laser will follow your mouse cursor. When you want to shoot, press the left mouse button. All other controls are either very obvious or explained further in the game. You can even hook up an Xbox 360 controller if you like!
