Same thing happened with me. Clicked on 'about' and the game froze. Had to end it in task manager.

The "about" bug does not occur on my computer. I used an extension to create a simple window. Could you explain the specifics on the crash, and your computer specs?

A fairly good game, despite the "about" bug, and some genuine finickiness in the Drag and Drop system. Unfortunately I'm not really a card games guy, so most of the value is lost on me.

I'm having a nice WTF moment here. Apparently "About Bureaucracy" is a secret hacker backdoor command for "freeze the game completely and leave the user in horror trying to figure out what in God's name they just accidentally did." I'm going out on a limb here to say this is a bug, in which case, it's worth fixing.
