I Can Fix The Water Problem Quite Easily =)
Same Goes For The Building Houses On Industry Buildings.
But.. Im Not Too Sure About The Menu When Something Is Burning.
That One Happens Because I Wrote 'Whenever Something Is Created, Close The Menu'. But I'll Give It A Shot ;).

But I found some glitches/bugs.
When you try to place water at a house by holding the left mouse button, nothing is created, but you constantly lose 1 money. The sound that comes when doing so is also annoying.
You can build houses _on_ the industry buildings.
The toolbox menu is glitchy when something is burning.
