    @Doogie Houser - There already is :) Just build a spaceport, build the planter, and launch it! Ram it into a planet to plant around 3-5 trees, and in a few minutes you'll have a perfect atmosphere.

    ugh...my planets have no atmosphere and they keep freezing over! maybe you could make some atmospheric creation building?
