Description:
Breakout is a very simple game involving a paddle, a ball, and any amount of blocks. The ball is set in motion at the start of the game and bounces against the paddle, the horizontal movement of which is controlled by the player. The ball then ricochets all around until hopefully it hits and destroys one of the blocks, thereby adding points to the player’s total score. If the ball should happen to pass the paddle at the bottom of the screen the game is over and the score is reset. In Bubble BreakOut the paddle is controlled by the mouse. As an added twist, each level is not only populated by blocks but also by bubbles, many of which contain fish that will swim downwards when released from their underwater prisons.
