Offline activation is recommended for users who cannot connect their computer to the internet. If you do have an internet connection but are having difficulty activating Game Maker 7 Pro, offline activation is not the right solution for you: please read our FAQs for assistance in activating online.

If you need to activate your computer offline, please take the following steps:

• Uninstall Game Maker 7 from your PC or laptop.
• Download and install the Offline Version of GM7.
• Write to the Helpdesk with 'Offline Activation' in the title giving your name, City/State/Country you live in, telephone number and what time will be convenient for us to call you. Please bear in mind that our office hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, UK time. In some cases we can be flexible with the timing, but you won't catch us here on weekends as we'll be too busy riding our BMXs in the park.
